Yummm! Lunch Anyone?



Ingredients

Prep Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
  • 1 large tomato or onion Italian flatbread (focaccia) or 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 1/3 cup(s) dressing, low-fat mayonnaise-based, or salad dressing
  • 1 cup(s) basil, fresh
  • 2 cup(s) chicken, deli-roasted, sliced or shredded
  • 3 1/2 ounce(s) pepper(s), red sweet, roasted, drained and cut into strips

Preparation

1. Using a long serrated knife, cut bread in half horizontally. Spread cut sides of bread halves with mayonnaise dressing.

2. Layer basil leaves, chicken, and roasted sweet peppers between bread halves. Cut into quarters.
