Yummm! Lunch Anyone?



Ingredients

Prep Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
  • 1 large tomato or onion Italian flatbread (focaccia) or 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 1/3 cup(s) dressing, low-fat mayonnaise-based, or salad dressing
  • 1 cup(s) basil, fresh
  • 2 cup(s) chicken, deli-roasted, sliced or shredded
  • 3 1/2 ounce(s) pepper(s), red sweet, roasted, drained and cut into strips

Preparation

1. Using a long serrated knife, cut bread in half horizontally. Spread cut sides of bread halves with mayonnaise dressing.

2. Layer basil leaves, chicken, and roasted sweet peppers between bread halves. Cut into quarters.


Only 263 calories!

Review

Review of Meeting
I believe we have 12 competitors, which works out to $60 a week= $30 to the weekly winner and $30 to the pot at the end. The end pot will be $240!
So if you know anyone who would like to join us let them know it is not too late! They can weigh in anytime before our next meeting! The more of us there are the better the winning pot!

I'm sure I mentioned this but just in case... we measure weight loss in percentages.

Equation= (lbs lost x 100) /previous weight

Example= (5lbs x 100) / 165 = 500/165= 3.03%

1. $20 due next Thursday meeting.... 5/20
2. Workout days with Renee Wednesdays @6:30 and Fridays with Melisa @ 6:30
3. Must weigh in Wednesday or Thursday to be eligible for the current week
4. If you skip a weigh in on Wednesday or Thursday you MUST weigh in Friday to be eligible for the next week.
5. A calendar will be available next meeting along with the forms you requested!
6. Next meeting is at Lorraine's!
