- Last night we had 3 for our group workout. We walked 1 mile, from Olive to McKinley and back. I started to feel the burn just from that 1 mile. I guess it's been awhile since I walked.
- Today for our workout group we are going to meet at my house @ 1:30. I am going to try and find a good workout video this morning. Hope to see you there!
- I am also heading to the farmers market this morning to pick up some fruits and veggies. So I can reach my goal of eating a fruit or veggie with every meal and snack.
- Yesterday, I made the crab salad recipe I posted and it was great. I usually have to have mayo in my crab salad but this one used red wine vinegar, lime juice and olive oil! I changed a few things just for my preference and it was AWESOME! I didn't even put it in a pita it was good all alone.

yestery i had a salad with ranch dressing but i diluted it with red wine vinegar to take out some cals it was really really good
