- Every Monday *you can weigh in anytime during the day up until 7pm*
- Weigh In & Goal Review: 6:30-7:00
- Workout: 7:00-7:30 *optional for all those who can and want to*
The other half of the weekly pot will make up the grand prize, for the person who has lost the highest body weight percentage over the total 8 weeks.
*sidenote* if we had 16 competitors, each weeks pot would be $40 and the grand prize pot would be $320
2. All "wanna be losers" are welcome! That means you if you have a friend who you think needs to lose a few pounds, invite them to join us, in a nice way of course! The more people, the bigger the pot.
3. All meetings will start promptly at 6:30. I say this because some will not be able to stay for the whole meeting so we don't want to keep them waiting all night. If you simply can't make the meeting we can arrange for you to weigh in earlier in the day. A winner will be announced at 7:00 so if you haven't weighed in yet, then you can't be counted as eligible to win the pot that week, but we can still record your weight to track your progress.
4. A 30 minute workout will follow each weigh in. All who want to stay for this are welcome and encouraged to. These workouts will be either be a 30 minute walk or a 30 minute video workout; such as hip hop abs, aerobics, pilates...etc.. (if you have a video you would like to use... bring it!) all suggestions are welcomed!
